How to lose 10 kg weight in 10 days ?


10 DAY WEIGHT LOSS PLAN


DAY 1 and DAY 2 :  Your day should start with a glass of fresh Smoothie . You can use any type of leafy vegetables which will gradually remove all the unwanted toxic  particles from your body and help in increasing the resisting power of your body .

Breakfast :  2 Eggs + 1 Cup Plain Milk

Lunch :  300 grams (1 bowl) sprouts , 2 bananas and mixed salads 

Dinner :  2 baby carrots , 1 bowl of rice and 1 banana

In between if you feel hungry then you can eat 1 tomato or an apple .
NOTE :  Biscuits and all the bakery items are strictly prohibited .

Exercise :  45 minutes Brisk Walk and 15 minutes slow Running (if possible) 


DAY 3 and DAY 4 :  Your day should start with a glass of fresh Smoothie . You can use any type of leafy vegetables which will gradually remove all the unwanted toxic  particles from your body and help in increasing the resisting power of your body .

Breakfast :  Omelet made from 2 Egg Whites and 1 full Egg + 1 cup of Green Tea

Lunch :  1 Cheese Cube and 1 bowl salad with fresh chopped Broccoli and Green Peas (you can also add some spices and also sprinkle some olive oil on the salad) 

Dinner :  1 bowl of Mushroom Rice and 1 Cucumber 

In between if you feel hungry then you can eat 1 tomato or an apple .
NOTE :  Biscuits and all the bakery items are strictly prohibited .

Exercise :  60 minutes Brisk Walk 


DAY 5 and DAY 6 :  Your day should start with a glass of fresh Smoothie . You can use any type of leafy vegetables which will gradually remove all the unwanted toxic  particles from your body and help in increasing the resisting power of your body .

Breakfast :  1/2 cup diced mushrooms and 2 fat - free Mozzarella cheese sticks

Lunch :  Mix salad with Corn and Grapes , 1 Orange , 1 wrap with sliced Tomatoes , Potatoes , Onions and Mushroom pieces

Dinner :  2 cups of Vegetable Soup and 250 grams of Roasted Chicken

In between if you feel hungry then you can eat 1 tomato or an apple .
NOTE :  Biscuits and all the bakery items are strictly prohibited .

Exercise :  30 minutes of slow Cycling


DAY 7 and DAY 8 :  Your day should start with a glass of Lemon Tea .

Breakfast :  2 glasses of Watermelon or Orange Juice and a 1/2 Papaya

Lunch :  Mix fruit salad (including strawberries , apples) , 4 Almonds soaked in fresh water , 100 grams of black Resins and 1/2 bowl Rice

Dinner :  Have 1.5 bowl of Plain Oats and add some chopped pieces of banana and strawberry 

In between if you feel hungry then you can eat 1 tomato or an apple .
NOTE :  Biscuits and all the bakery items are strictly prohibited .

Exercise :  30 minutes of Normal Walking


DAY 9 and DAY 10 :  Your day should start with a glass of Lemon Tea .

Breakfast :  Have 2 glasses of strawberry Milkshake and add some finely chopped pieces of Dry Fruits to it

Lunch :  1 bowl of Egg Curry with 1 Bowl Rice and 2 Bananas

Dinner :  2 bowls of Tomato Soup and 2 fat - free Mozzarella Cheese Sticks 

In between if you feel hungry then you can eat 1 tomato or an apple .
NOTE :  Biscuits and all the bakery items are strictly prohibited .

Exercise :  30 minutes of Brisk Walking


On day 11 , you just close your eyes and stand on the weighing machine and prey to God and then slowly look at the weight before and the weight after . You will erupt with joy .
