Fitness is the word which is searched by more than 75 million people daily in the world . Even in these difficult times of Corona Virus ,  only the people who are fit , will survive . Hence , it is very important to understand what we all have studied "The Darwin's Theory" , in which Charles Darwin says "Only the Fittest will Survive " ,  about 200 years ago . In today's fast life , people don't have sufficient time for concentrating on their health . Due to this problem , they face problems such as deficiency of Vitamins , stress control problems , and much more . Hence , I have about 4 extraordinary and exclusive tips which will help you maintain your fitness even in this fast lifestyle .


TIP 1 :  Smoothie


Smoothie is the most important thing when it comes to maintaining your fitness levels . Having a Smoothie right after you brush your teeth helps in all the digestion processes . It's main use is to remove all the unwanted and the toxic substances from the body and makes the body ready for further digestion and all the chemical processes . It also plays an important role in maintaining the Metabolism of our body . Smoothie , has a chemical called the Beta - Carotene which helps to develop the Immune System . It acts as an Anti - Oxidant which helps detoxifies all the unwanted substances in the body .


TIP 2 :  Stress Management


Firstly , I will explain you the connection between stress and fitness . See , when you have no tension you stay fit , but when you have some or the other tension or pressure , you will definitely contradict with diseases such as High / Low Blood Pressure and Diabetes which in turn will affect your fitness . Hence it is very important to stay stress free . There are various methods to control your stress such as Meditation and Yoga . That's the reason the Indians are fitter than other people as the follow the Principles of Yoga .


TIP 3 :  Exercise Regularly


Even in this fast lifestyle , one should keep at least half an hour in a day to exercise . Exercise is as important as food and water . The easiest way to exercise is to do Brisk Walking or if you are aged , then just try and walk at least 1 / 2 an hour a day . And if you are young , then you can Cycle for about 45 minutes and if you have good amount of time , then join a gym and exercise for about an hour . This will help you bun your unnecessary and useless body fat and stay fit .


TIP 4 :  Balanced Diet 


You must always have a well balanced diet which includes Vitamins , Minerals , Proteins as well as Fiber . Before you have your meals , don't forget to have mixed salads with it . Salads should include items such as chopped Broccoli , some amount of Dry Fruits , Fruits , Cucumbers , Mushrooms , Seeds , some Olives , Golden Beets , Green Beans and much more . You should also include items like Fat - Free Mozzarella Cheese and Paneer (Indian item made from cow milk which is rich in Proteins) . You should avoid excessive intake of oily food and also avoid Bakery items such as Biscuits , Cakes , Pastries , etc . Following these diet tips will help you control your acidity in the stomach and also help burn the unnecessary and unwanted fatty acids .
