Back to our childhood when we used to come home running from school and used to play field games and keep running throughout the day . Never ever did we feel that running would become an exercise in future . Today there are many facilities such as buses and vans to drop you wherever you want . They are available at your doorsteps !  Hence you have no such physical movements all throughout day . That's when people start gaining weight and lose their fitness . So then you start searching for fitness clubs , weight loss programs , diet changes , meditation clubs and many more . So the best thing to avoid these things is to start Running . 

It is totally up to you about how and how much to run . For example , a person can run slowly for 45 minutes and another person can run a bit faster for just 30 minutes which is one and the same . According to some researches , a teenager must run for about 45 minutes a day , a middle age person must run slowly for about 25 to 30 minutes a day and the elderly or senior citizens must try to run slowly for about 15 to 20 minutes in 2 days . This is all to stay fit and stay away from diseases such as Heart Attacks , Lung Diseases , etc .

1 .  As Running is a exercise which is weight bearing , it makes the Bones more stronger and less stiff .

2 .  We all notice that when we are running , we breathe a bit fast due to which the blood flows faster (as the heart pups faster) which is a great Cardiovascular Exercise . 

3 .  We sweat while running which is due to the burning of unnecessary and unwanted fat which is the main advantage of running .

4 .  The main advantage of running which people aren't aware of is that if people run in the morning , they are exposed to the rays of the sun and as a result they get lats of Vitamin D which is very crucial for a human body . 

5 .  Another important advantage of running is that you don't require any expensive equipments or any machinery except your shoes and socks for this exercise .

6 .  Another benefit is that you have no time or place limits and you can run anywhere in your house backyard , your farm , on the footpath , etc and you can choose your own tine of the day to run .

7 .  Running is also a great disease fighter as it can cure the cold and cough without any medicines .
