Yoga is basically an exercise invented by ancient Indian Sages which was used to perform Kundalini Jagaran . The sages observed that Yoga is so strong that it is capable of dealing with the Chakras (Chakras are the powerhouses of the human body) . Many people started performing Yoga thereafter as it was able to cure most of the mental as well as physical diseases .


Why should you perform Yoga ?


In this fast and modern lifestyle , you are all stressed and due to this stress , many people start quitting their jobs ,  they start the planning to suicide and many more activities . Performing yoga helps the person know his body internally and also gives the person ample of self confidence . Yoga is also important because if a person performs yoga on daily basis , there is no requirement of any meditation as yoga is itself Meditation cum Exercise . There are numerous Asanas (body positions) in Yoga namely Tadasana (mountain like position) , Vrikshasana (tree like position) , Trikonasana (a triangular position) and many more .
