Is Gym Workout really important ?

According to me , I would like to answer it Yes as well as No and I will explain in detail why so .

YES because :  First and the main reason is that when you join the Gym , you will have some amount seriousness that you have paid for it and you have to do it . This seriousness is very important which wont come without the Gym . On the other hand , we get some specialized trainers which guide you become fitter , assign you some necessary diets and also help you in some problems such as weight loss . Gym workout is also very useful to build good biceps and thigh muscles as there are various resources available such as Cable Pulley Machines , Weight Machines , Abdominal Crunches , etc . In the Gym environment , you will come across some great people who will guide you by telling some of their experiences related to fitness which will help you by giving you motivation and self belief . If you hit the gym regularly and consistently , I am damn sure that at one point you will understand that ' hard work yields success ' .

Here are some advantages of a Gym Workout :

1 .  Physical and muscular exercise is great for your muscles as well as bones and if a proper protein diet is taken , this will lead to muscle building . 

2 .  Lack of exercise can be a cause of chronic disease . Hitting the gym regularly reduces the possibility of getting these diseases .

3 .  Exercise naturally increases your concentration levels , mental health and the thinking ability.

4 .  If someone has a problem of called Insomnia (Insomnia is a disease which causes sleeplessness i.e. a person remains awake and is unable to sleep even at night) , gym workout vanishes this disorder .

 

NO because :  The reason is that when you join the the Gym , you are required to take some external supplements and some proteins which wont harm you now but in case you decide to leave the gym in future and you leave these proteins , then you will face some side effects as your body was used to these supplements . The other case is that you may not have money to afford the gym . The best option for these people is that they must join a Yoga Course . Yoga is an extraordinary and an extremely free exercise which anyone can perform at home or in open area . Yoga wont help you build up your muscles but will help you stay fitter and active throughout the day . 


Now this absolutely your choice whether to hit the gym or exercise at home but regularly .
